Framework [Next Gen] Event

The Framework [Next Gen] Event was a launch event held April 21, 2026 in San Francisco, California, during which Framework announced the Framework Laptop 13 Pro, updates to Framework Laptop 16, the Framework Wireless Touchpad Keyboard, a Framework OCuLink Dev Kit, and Framework Laptop Sleeves.^{1 2}

It is Framework’s third launch event, after the Framework Next Level Event in 2023 and the Framework [2nd Gen] Event in 2025.

Members of the media and Framework partners received invitations to attend in-person, and a limited number of seats were available for community members who could arrange their own travel on an application basis.³ The event was also livestreamed to Framework’s YouTube channel.²
